3. Services

Dubai For Her provides curated travel experiences, lifestyle services, and tourism-related activities. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify services when necessary.

4. Booking & Payments

A booking becomes valid only after written confirmation and/or payment receipt. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Dubai For Her does not store credit card details. All payments are final and subject to the Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, respect UAE laws and cultural standards, follow safety instructions, and behave respectfully toward staff and partners. Misconduct may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

Dubai For Her acts as an organizer and facilitator. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, weather, operational failures of partners, or force majeure events. Liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

7. Intellectual Property & Law

All website content is the property of Dubai For Her. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall fall under Dubai jurisdiction.

1. General Principle

Dubai For Her secures reservations in advance with partners. These services require prepaid commitments and may be non-refundable to us. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that funds are committed on their behalf.

2. Activity Bookings (Single Experiences)

• More than 30 days before activity — Full refund
• 15 days before — 50% refund
• Less than 1 week — Non-refundable
• No-show — Non-refundable

Certain premium activities may be strictly non-refundable and will be disclosed before confirmation.

3. Travel Packages & Stays

• More than 30 days before arrival — 50% refund
• 30 days or less — Non-refundable

Luxury hotels, private villas, or special reservations may be fully non-refundable regardless of timing.

4. Rescheduling & Processing

Within non-refundable periods, we will attempt rescheduling, travel credit, or name transfers when permitted by partners. Refunds are issued within 7–21 business days via the original payment method.
